Celeste was made with intention and finished in Ritual Ceremony. She features a fragile hand sculpted head, hands and feet that were slow fired, hand painted and sealed in midwinter. Her hand stitched, cotton body is filled with organic stuffing and elemental talismans such as sea shells, duck feathers, quartz crystals, a carefully selected coin, hand harvested rose hips, rosemary, yellow pansy petals, mandrake root, altar ash, candlewax and salt. The soles of her tiny feet are adorned with Uruz, and Algiz is incorporated into the tattoo on her right hand. Around her throat hangs her shew jaw bone talisman, accented with tiny copper colored pearls and read thread. Her dress is a soft and delicate silk, her hooded robe a luxurious repurposed rayon and around her head she wears a crown of springtime boughs from a Colorado quaking aspen tree, draped with wild grasses. If you choose, she will gently hold her magical besom with its knobby Aspen handle and grass bristles.

She hangs suspended from a traditional style, cross shaped marionette control bar and displays nicely hanging from a wall mounted bracket that features a hand painted ouroboros on the front.
